1st July 2010   Dear valued service provider     In line with Mutual & Federal’s business objectives, we have created a national towing supplier network to service our policyholders in respect of our Vehicle Accident Management Programme (VAMP).   Moving forward Mutual & Federal’s towing strategy has been remodelled. This remodelling has lead to a decision being taken to outsource the management and control of the total towing initiative to Izinga Access.    With effect 31st July 2010, Izinga Access have been appointed to implement and manage all necessary operational aspects including contractual arrangements with regards to VAMP as an independent solution, in line with guidelines provided by Mutual & Federal.   All current Mutual & Federal VAMP agreements that have been concluded on behalf of Mutual & Federal, through Izinga Access, will remain in place until the 31st July 2010, and all valid towing invoices for this period will be honoured, in line with the agreement and costs.   On 1st July, Izinga Access will communicate with the Towing Providers that form part of the M&F Towing Panel, for consideration of inclusion in the Izinga Access towing panel, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions as set out by Izinga Access’s Mutual & Federal’s guideline.   Your cooperation is valued, and we are confident that the new arrangement will be beneficial to all stakeholders.   The new operational protocol will dictate that the Mutual & Federal Policyholder will contact the Izinga Access for towing authorisation. Accredited Towing Providers will also contact Izinga Access for authorisation.   The aim of this initiative to be managed by Izinga Access is aimed to improve service delivery to our Policyholder base effectively in conjunction with you, our valued service provider.  We thank you in advance for your co - operation.
